Healthcare today is expensive.
And insurance companies are paying less and less.
This means we are paying more out-of-pocket. For self-employed people like me, I pay CASH for all my medical and dental expenses. This has inspired me to offer Beck Therapy Concierge Rehab to provide affordable physical therapy outside of the current health insurance model.
Concierge Rehab is direct cash pay service. Patients are seen quickly by a licensed physical therapist - no waiting a week or two for an appointment. Treatments are personalized and performed by the same therapist - not an aide or assistant. And the best part? The overall out-of-pocket cost for the patient is LESS than using insurance.
Concierge Rehab might be your best option if:
- your deductible is high and/or you haven’t met it yet,
- your copays are high and you need multiple weeks of therapy,
- you’re self employed or use a HSA,
- you don’t have insurance or don’t want to deal with your insurance company, or
- you simply want personalized care.
Please consider Beck Therapy Concierge for your family physical therapy needs. I will personally make sure it makes financial sense for you prior to beginning a course of treatment.

Cash price model example
Let’s say you have a serious injury requiring extensive therapy. With traditional insurance using the following standard insurance options I have listed two possible cost models.
Deductible | $3,000 |
Co-pay | $50 |
Number of visits recommended | 24 (8 weeks) |
Number of visits authorized | 18 |
Time spent with a physical therapist | 15 min per treatment |
Example #1: Let’s assume you met your deductible of $3000
Your out of pocket costs for physical therapy | $50 x 18 = $900 |
You would have to stop physical therapy after 6 weeks or begin to pay 100% for the remaining treatments | $200 x 6 = $1,200 |
Total Cost to you | $2,100 for 8 weeks of therapy after surgery |
Time invested with a licensed physical therapist | 360 minutes |
Example #2: Let’s assume your deductible is not met
To meet a $3,000 deductible, you would have to pay for 15 visits x $200 each. Then 9 more visits at the $50 co-pay.
15 visits to meet deductible | 15 x $200 = $3,000 |
15 visits after deductible with co-pay | 9 x $50 = $450 |
Total Cost to you | $3,450 for 8 weeks of therapy |
Time invested with a licensed physical therapist | 360 minutes |
Now what if you chose Beck Therapy Concierge Rehab Services
1-hour Evaluation | $150 |
Unlimited visits | $60 per 30min |
Number of visits | 24 (not capped by insurance authorization) |
Total cost | $1,530 for 9 weeks of therapy after surgery |
Time spent with a licensed physical therapist | 750 minutes |
Comparison Summary:
Comparison of costs for 24 visits for a serious injury:
Insurance with deductible | $2,100 for 360 minutes |
Insurance without deductible | $3,450 for 360 minutes |
Beck Concierge Rehab Cost | $1,530 for 750 minutes |
